wildlife coast cruises, phillip island
Set off on a family-friendly scenic cruise and explore some of the most spectacular coastline Phillip Island has to offer. Mamma has seen A LOT of Phillip Island, but there are certain sights that you can only see from the water!
The journey to Cape Woolamai is filled with spectacular scenery, from towering granite cliffs and hidden caves to sparkling turquoise water that feels straight out of a postcard. Seeing this iconic part of the island from the water makes it even more memorable for kids and grown-ups alike.
As you cruise along the cape, little explorers will love spotting wildlife along the way. Look out for wedge-tailed eagles soaring overhead, while dolphins and seals often pop up to say hello, if you are lucky!
On the return trip, it’s time to relax and soak up the views as the boat gently sails back through the bay toward San Remo. It’s a one hour round trip, and the water doesn’t get too choppy.
Cruising underneath the Phillip Island Bridge is a highlight, and staff coming around offering cake is an extra nice treat!
This cruisey one-hour adventure is the perfect way for families to experience Phillip Island, and make sure to follow up by watching the famous 12 noon pelican feeding at the San Remo Fishermans Co-Op.
