You’re welcomed into a calm room, to sit it on comfy chairs while sipping on a soothing herbal tea. When you are ready, you’ll make your way into the treatment room while you get yourself all set for some serious scalp indulgence!

There are multiple treatments you can choose from, all of which offer a gentle resetting of the nervous system. Mamma chose the Vihara Signature Journey - as a double - but you can also do this solo.

The lovely stylists will lead you in some simple meditation, as warm water softly cascades over your hair. It’s 90 minutes packed full of aromatherapy, dry hair stimulation, hot oil (amazing!), scalp massage and exfoliating and a nourishing hair bath. You’ll also be treated to gentle massage of the neck, arms and hands - concluding in a divine sound healing.

Once you awake from your totally relaxed state, you’ll finish the treatment off with a beautiful blow dry in a lounge with no mirrors (so good!), soft armchairs and a warm drink!

Mamma says this is just the most tranquil, luxurious treatment, in such a safe and nurturing environment- you will want to come back again and again!
