A farmers market set on the grounds of the heritage listed Old Cheese Factory? Sign Mamma up! Throw in a fantastic cafe and playground onsite?… now you’re never getting rid of Mamma.
Held on the second Saturday of the month, Berwick farmers market is providing visitors with direct access to local farmers, makers, bakers and everything in between.
While the grownups head straight to the coffee stall, Mamma’s two kids always make a bee line for the retro donut van dishing out fresh, hot treats that will make you say “OMG”!
The produce and baked goods here are second to none - grab a basket and pick your own apples from the apple lady’s overflowing tubs or grab a cheesy baked pretzel to keep you going through the market and inevitable playground visit.
With plenty of open green space at the Old Cheese Factory, why not pick up some food from the market and set up a picnic while the kids run off some steam?
