namatjira park, clayton south

This park is perfect for a picnic catch up!
There’s something for everyone. The playground is under the shade of a beautiful, huge gum tree, and consists of a cool climbing structure with multiple slides, ladders, wobbly bridge and rope walls.

There’s also an old style flying fox, seesaw, rocking kangaroo, tunnels, a telescope and a few swings.

Just opposite the playground is a fitness area with multiple work-out equipment. Overlooking this is a shaded picnic area with BBQ and toilet facilities.

Across the car park is a skate bowl - perfect for the older kids to have fun at.
The park also is a wetland, so you can take a walk/ride/scoot around the park and check out the little lake and hear a chorus of very vocal frogs!

Mamma’s special mention: All that playing will work up an appetite - so head around the corner to the delicious and family friendly Modu Restaurant.
