Mamma cannot stress how important Playgroup is. Not just for the little ones - but for their carers as well. It is a chance to get out of the house, bond with other parents and enjoy watching their kids learn and play.
This fantastic, fairly new, playgroup in Selandra has so much to offer. It already has a great turn out with kids of all ages and backgrounds eager to discover new things. Each week the carers help set up and take turns to read a story and bring their own ideas for fun to the table.

Two of Mamma's favourite things are combined in this fabulous playgroup - messy play and the great outdoors!
Two of Mamma's favourite things are combined in this fabulous playgroup - messy play and the great outdoors!
Set in the gorgeous Kingston Heath Reserve; the Passion Art Caravan brings all its messy arty fun to the park, and combines it with outdoor bear-hunts, sack racing, hula-hooping, bush exploration and song and dance.
Kids will love getting their hands all slimy, experimenting with different forms of painting - such as awesome Japanese style oil painting, tie-dye, pastel crayons, stamps and so much more.
Each week will see something different. Wet weather? Not a problem! Just bring your gumboots, coats and umbrellas and embark on a wet adventure! Muddy puddle jumping a MUST!
Kids will love having fun in nature and getting messy, and the mums can enjoy it all knowing they don't have to do the cleaning up! The class is led by a qualified Art Teacher who is just awesome with the kids - so mums can sit back and have a chat, or join in if they wish!
