bayles fauna park, bayles

Here’s the perfect location to take a break and stretch your legs through a lovely nature park.

If you are heading through to Gippsland - or just want to go on a bit of a road trip, Bayles Fauna Park is a cute spot offering the perfect opportunity to see wild life in their natural habitat.

Here you can find emu - safely contained behind a fence, plus discover mobs of GIANT kangaroos lounging in the sun.

It’s an easy 20 minute walk around the nature reserve, stopping to spot birdlife and beautiful flora and fauna too.

Just take into account that this is not a zoo or wildlife sanctuary, this is a nature park, so please respect the distance of the animals you come close to. Their behaviour could be undpredicatbale.

There’s also a great little playground next door with toilets and picnic tables, making it a great stop on your roadtrip!
